I treat everyone as they treat me,
So reverse your thought and you will see
Yourself in action free and clear,
Just as you are; as you appear.
In many directions a man will walk
And claim them right with idle talk,
Thus lose from what he undertook;
An eye that has an honest look.
For none are as they might think
That from themselves, from me do shrink.
Based on their intolerant attitude,
This mirror reflects their aptitude
At being what one might conclude
As simply terse and very rude.
